Understanding God’s Will (The Current Part 3)

In the final episode of The Current we discuss three ways that we can ready ourselves for stepping into the current of God's will by first understanding what His will for us is and what is not His will. If we can learn to test and approve the will of God, then we will be better equipped to move victoriously in the current of His will for our lives.

In the second episode of our new series, we discuss the importance of deepening our walk with God. If we remain shallow in our faith, lacking in depth and understanding, it will become difficult to remain in the current of God's will for our lives. Moving forward in the current of God's will for us requires that we go deeper. It's time to step out of the old and into the new. As we get closer to the Lord and build our relationship with Him, He promises to take us further then we could have ever hoped or imagined. 

Letting Go & Letting God (The Current Part 1)

We begin our new series by looking into the joys of letting go and allowing God to take the wheels of our life. When we allow Him to lead, we alleviate the stresses and worries that often hold us back. We can be confident knowing that when we are in the current of God's favor, the impossible becomes possible. Doors begin to open that no man can shut. Opportunities arise and goals are accomplished as we let God lead us through life's journey into his will for our lives.

Possessions Over Purpose? (Cut The Cord Part 3)

In the final episode of our Cut The Cord series we dive headfirst into the dangers of placing earthly possessions over eternal purposes. What drives you? Is it your love for Jesus or your love of stuff? Are you more committed to seeing souls saved, or acquiring the latest and greatest comforts life has to offer? We'll look deeper into just how much materialism and selfish gain angers the Lord and deters us from His plans for our life.

In this second episode of our Cut The Cord series, we discuss the importance of leaving places behind that are dry, apathetic, and not beneficial to our divine purpose. Remaining in places that do not honor your calling will only hurt you. Staying put in places that are not pushing you forward into the purposes of God for your life, will only hold you back from achieving your destiny. It's time to cut the cord. It's time to move forward. Don't get caught up where it feels comfortable. God has more in store for your life!
